Greco has a high concentration and is distinguished by the characteristic and complex aroma of dried apricot, citrus peel and honey. The grapes are harvested when they are fully ripe, after destemming and crushing they are subjected to soft pressing. The must obtained ferments at a temperature of 12°C in stainless steel tanks. A successful Greco, elegant and coherent in every aspect; the view is dominated by the bright yellow color and texture. Good olfactory intensity and complexity. The fruity aromas prevail, apricots and candied fruit stand out. In the mouth it denotes a pleasant structure which, thanks to the clearly evident sapidity, expresses a pleasant general balance. Good long and convincing finish arranged on light mineral and nutty notes. Little known wine, but full of many surprises.
