Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Greco di Tufo DOCG is a wine produced at the Mastroberardino winery in Atripalda. The perfect combination of history and modernity is the main feature of the company, a true point of reference for viticulture throughout the country. The grapes come from the Greco vine, grown on soils rich in limestone and clay at 450 meters above sea level and facing South/East. The plants enjoy a mild climate which allows them to reach the right degree of ripeness. The training method adopted is espalier, while pruning is Guyot. After the manual harvest and the selection of the best bunches, we proceed with the white vinification which takes place in steel tanks for about 20 days. The refinement takes place in the bottle, where it rests for a few months before being put on the market. Greco di Tufo DOCG is a fresh and structured wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can rest in the cellar for a few years.
