It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Grüner Veltliner Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC is a white wine made by the Dolomite winery Manni Nössing . It is obtained from the vinification of grapes of the Grüner Veltliner variety. This vine from Austria has found the ideal environment to thrive along the banks of the Isarco river. The vineyards are located between 500 and 750 meters above sea level and boast particularly fertile substrates. Once the optimal degree of sugar concentration has been reached, the grapes are selected and harvested by hand. In the cellar, the vinification begins with destemming and continues with the alcoholic fermentation in steel at a strictly monitored temperature. Even for aging, the company focuses on steel tanks, where the wine rests on the lees for about six months. Perfect right from the start, Grüner Veltliner Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC can reserve pleasant surprises even after two years of rest in the cellar.
