'Harrer' Riesling Alto Adige DOC Cantina Colterenzio 2021

Harrer Riesling Alto Adige DOC is an intense white wine from Cantina Colterenzio , one of the most representative wineries in the South Tyrolean area. Obtained exclusively from grapes of the aromatic Renano Riesling vine, which reaches excellent quality levels in these areas, this wine best represents the denomination to which it belongs. In the vineyard, the company shows an almost obsessive attention to work and very strict selection criteria are observed even during the manual harvest. The same rigor is then found in the cellar, where the grapes are subjected to an initial soft pressing and then left to cold macerate on the skins and fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The refinement phase takes place in steel and continues for a few months.
