Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

The Alsace Riesling Herrenweg de Turckheim is a white wine full of facets, a real spearhead of the production of the Zind Humbrecht winery. It is a truly personality-rich wine, capable at the same time of honestly representing a complex territory such as the Alsatian one. The great character of this product is mainly due to the land on which the Riesling grapes are grown, which will be vinified alone in this wine. The predominantly gravelly composition of the soil allows the company's vineyards to produce grapes that give truly structured wines, especially when compared with the other products of the region. In order to preserve the varietal notes, the Riesling grapes are vinified only in steel tanks and the aging is very short. It is a particularly interesting wine, which represents one of the most original of the Alsace AOC appellation. The Alsace Riesling Herrenweg de Turckheim is a rarity to be shared among connoisseurs. Ideal for a fish dinner, it is excellent if enjoyed young.
