'Hodi' Terrano Venezia Giulia IGT Barde Parovel 2019

Hodi Terrano Barde Venezia Giulia IGT is a red wine with intense aromas, produced by the Friulian Parovel winery, a company that has long been committed to enhancing local vines. This is the case with this label, which is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the rare native Terrano variety. The vines are exposed to the south-west and have their roots in a marly soil rich in limestone, clay and magnesium. The bunches are left to overripe on the trellises until the end of September, when the harvest takes place with rigorous manual selection. Once in the cellar, the grapes are cold macerated and then fermented in large steel tanks with careful monitoring of the temperature. Even for the refinement the company focuses on the use of steel, where the wine rests for a few months. Perfect immediately, Hodi Terrano Barde Venezia Giulia IGT can be enjoyed with pleasure even after 2 or 3 years of rest in the cellar.
