Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon
Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Longevity
This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description

A "thoroughbred horse" from the Antinori "stud" in Chile, Hussonet takes its name from one of the estate's most successful Chilean stallions; it is actually an elegant and fascinating wine, but with a strong territorial identity. Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards (87%)
and Syrah (13%) are located in the prestigious Maipo valley, ideal for the cultivation of exceptional quality Cabernet Sauvignon. The Gran Reserva ages for at least 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by another 12 months in the bottle. The wine is long and persistent, with pleasant tannins and delicate notes of chocolate and cedar wood. A true Maipo classic.
