I Capitelli Passito Veneto IGT is a sweet passito wine with a persuasive and refined bouquet, made by the Anselmi winery . The company, located in the province of Verona, aims to make known and enhance the native vines of the region. This passito is obtained from 100% Garganega grapes, carefully selected, deriving from vines grown on calcareous soils of volcanic origin. The vines grow and thrive, thanks to the temperate climate, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. Harvested manually, the grapes undergo a drying period in ventilated attics, while fermentation takes place in oak barrels. The refinement is divided into two stages: eight months in wood, then a few months in the bottle. I Capitelli Passito Veneto IGT is a wine that can be enjoyed immediately, characterized by typical fruity aromas that recall the territory of origin. Equipped with great longevity, it also tolerates resting in the cellar for a few years before being drunk.
