Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
I Cipressi Nizza DOCG is a red of great expression of the terroir and the area it belongs to and comes from 100% Barbera grapes. The Chiarlo Michele winery selects the best bunches from vineyards located at about 280 meters above sea level which enjoy excellent exposure to the sun. The soils are composed of Astian sands, made up of clayey-limestone marl and sand and silt sediments, particularly rich in minerals such as magnesium. After the manual harvesting operations, the grapes ferment in steel containers for about ten days. The wine continues its production process through a double refinement period: first it spends 12 months in large barrels, after which it is completed directly in the bottle for another 6. At the end of this time, I Cipressi Nizza DOCG is ready to be drunk. however it can evolve more if left to age for a few more years in the cellar.
