Sagrantino di Montefalco "Il Domenico" is an excellent red wine produced by the Adanti winery which is made up of selected 100% Sagantino grapes. A red with character, with a unique structure, which makes it robust and evolved, particularly pleasant on the palate. The wine is aged in casks for 30 months and then rests for 1 year in the bottle before being marketed. Sumptuous and austere at the same time, it is very fine thanks to its elegant tannins, smoothed by the aging in wood and glass. We want to add that this wine is highly appreciated in the area of origin, but also successfully exported abroad.
