'Il Nocio' Nobile di Montepulciano Boscarelli 2018 MAGNUM

The Nobile di Montepulciano Il Nocio red wine from the Boscarelli winery is obtained using only Sangiovese grapes. The vineyards are located in the Montepulciano area, at an average height of about 300 metres, with an exposure towards the Valdichiana and enjoy excellent ventilation, a circumstance which ensures optimal ripening of the grapes. For over 50 years, this winery has ensured the production of excellent quality wines, based on a perfect combination of production tradition and research into technological innovation. To obtain Il Nocio Nobile di Montepulciano wine, the harvest is done by hand to select only the best bunches. After a short fermentation in small oak vats (barriques), a long maturation takes place in French Allier and Slavonian oak barrels, before refining in the bottle. In this way, a wine with a remarkable structure is obtained, complex but pleasant, which accompanies special occasions in an ideal way.
