'Indra' Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Girlan 2022

Indra Alto Adige Sauvignon DOC , label signed by the Girlan winery, is a fragrant and mineral white wine, obtained from the vinification of Sauvignon grapes, a vine that is expressed at very high quality levels in the Cornaiano area. The hillside vineyards, located between 400 and 500 meters above sea level, enjoy ideal conditions in terms of exposure and ventilation and draw the best lifeblood from the moraine-derived soil. Once they have reached the perfect degree of ripeness, the grapes are harvested rigorously by hand. The care also extends to the choice of transport containers, which are small so as not to exert pressure on the bunches, which are pressed whole. The must, clarified through natural sedimentation, ferments in steel tanks. Finally, Indra Alto Adige Sauvignon DOC ages on the lees for six months in steel tanks. Thanks to its structure, it boasts a potential for evolution up to five years in the cellar. Elegant, fine, ready to drink, very pleasant wine.
