'Irrosso' Toscana IGT Casanova di Neri 2018

IrRosso Toscana IGT is a wine born in the Casanova di Neri di Montalcino cellar. Respect for nature and passion are the main characteristics of the company considered an Italian excellence in the world. The grapes come from 85% Sangiovese vines and the remainder from Colorino, located on soils rich in clay, better known as Galestro. The mild climate is an element that helps to give more structure to the plants. After the manual harvest, which takes place in October and the selection of the best bunches, the must ferments in steel tanks thanks to the indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins with frequent punching down. The fermentation of the Sangiovese lasts 13 days, while that of the Colorino only 8. The next phase is that of the refinement of 9 months in oak barrels and finally we proceed with the bottling and placing on the market. IrRosso Toscana IGT is a balanced and elegant wine, suitable for immediate drinking.
