Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

From the ancient vineyards in front of the village of Termeno comes this white wine Joseph Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC Hofstatter . Here, in the Adige Valley, the Hofstatter family has been dedicated to wine production for 4 generations. Since the opening of the first winery in 1907, the Hofstatters have been selecting the right grape variety for each vineyard. Among these hilly, airy and well-ventilated terrains, the aromatic Gewurztraminer grapes find the ideal conditions for proper ripening. The vineyard from which Joseph Gewurztraminer comes boasts an enviable exposure, with fresh winds and a sunny climate. To enhance all the characteristics of the wine, the grapes are pressed, left to settle and ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The result is a wine, the Joseph Gewurztraminer Alto Adige DOC Hofstatter of excellent quality. A very fragrant, rich, ample, fresh white wine, to be enjoyed with Asian cuisine, for example, or for an aperitif with friends.
