It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

This white Campania Fiano IGT JQN 203 Piante a Lapio comes from a limited production, a few bottles born from unconditional love for the territory and a courageous project. With a solid family wine tradition behind him, Raffaele Pagano founded the Joaquin company in 1996, decisively pursuing his initiative. Buy land in the heart of Irpinia IGT, in Campania, following the rhythms of the earth, each year a different, unique wine, never repeating itself. The Campania Fiano IGT JQN 203 Piante a Lapio is made with 100% Fiano di Avellino grapes. In the municipality of Rogliano di Lapio, in Irpinia, Joaquin owns several hectares of land cultivated with centenary native vines of the region. Here the climatic variations and the volcanic soil contribute to the growth of bunches with an intense and precious taste. This wine is considered one of the most fascinating and captivating expressions of Campanian Fiano. After vinification and aging in Argeola chestnut barrels (a particularly sought-after wood that derives from trees grown in a very suitable but equally difficult area), the grapes give life to a luminous golden wine, which captivates the nose with its complex bouquet of aromas of spices, dried fruit, wild herbs, honey. The sip reveals an intense body with a great personality, refined and deep. A white of great longevity that can be kept for up to 10 years.
