'Just Me' Merlot Venezia Giulia IGT Di Lenardo 2019

Just Me Merlot Venezia Giulia IGT is an intense and fragrant red wine, made by the Friulian winery Di Lenardo . It is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the international Merlot vine. The vineyards are located near Ontagnano, where the vines enjoy optimal conditions for development. Once the harvest phase is over, about half of the bunches are left to dry for at least two months in an environment where humidity is rigorously controlled. The vinification begins with the pressing and continues with the fermentation and maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Once the lots have been reassembled, the process continues with aging in American oak barriques, where the wine remains for about a year and a half. The wine then rests in the bottle for at least two months, until it is put on the market. Perfect right from the start, Just Me Merlot Venezia Giulia IGT can give great satisfaction even after 4 or 5 years of further evolution in the cellar.
