Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The Crémant de Loire L'extra par Langlois Rosé extra dry is a fresh and elegant sparkling wine from the "L'Extra" series of the domaine Langlois Chateau. Historic production cellar, Langlois Chateau is one of the most important realities in the region for the production of bubbles. It is curiously produced with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes (a rarity!), naturally vinified in rosé, which come from the vineyards of Montreuil Bellay, in the Loire valley. This sparkling wine owes its refined and clean character to the terroir from which it comes, a soil rich in clay and limestone, perfect for the ripening of red Cabernet Franc grapes. Harvest and vinification with the Classic Method (or Champenoise). The pressing is light, up to 150 kg of Cabernet grapes are needed to make 100 liters of wine. The refinement on the natural yeasts lasts for 18 months. Another peculiarity is the particularly high dosage of sugar, which is evident from the Extra Dry type, which makes it a rather soft, I would say almost sweet, sparkling wine. It is very fine and elegant, but certainly not very dry. Perfect for aperitifs and appetizers with shellfish.
