Description

The Colli Piacentini DOC Malvasia Passito L'ora Felice wine from the La Tosa winery is produced from Malvasia di Candia vines grown in Morello, Sorriso and Ronco and planted between the early 1980s and early 1990s of the last century. After the harvest, both the withering and the refinement process to which the grapes that give life to this passito are subjected are short-lived; a peculiarity that gives an intense character to the final product. Colli Piacentini DOC Malvasia Passito L'ora Felice is a wine with a long and aromatic persistence, on the palate it is fresh and particularly elegant, all characteristics capable of doing justice to the great commitment of the Pizzamiglio family from Romagna, which over time has distinguished itself for the attention and care shown in respect of the winemaking processes inherited from peasant traditions. The commitment and perseverance of the two Pizzamiglio brothers have allowed the construction of a winemaking reality of great depth and solidity.
