Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
La Casa in Collina Barbaresco DOCG is a structured and elegant red wine from Vite Colte , a cooperative production reality that values the denomination and local culture with commitment. For this label only Nebbiolo grapes are used. The grapes of this fine local variety come from different crus, each of which is distinguished by different climatic conditions. As they reach maturity, the various bunches are selected and harvested by hand before being blended during vinification in the cellar. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in thermoregulated steel tanks and continues for about 20 days. The refinement involves two steps: first the wine rests for up to a year in oak barrels, to then stabilize its scents for another year in glass following bottling. La Casa in Collina Barbaresco DOCG is a red that boasts a remarkable potential longevity, reaching the point of giving extraordinary sensations after 5-6 years and beyond.
