Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
The Cote Glaciere Champagne Brut Hommage William Deutz is produced by the historic French maison Deutz . It is obtained from the vinification and sparkling process of Pinot Noir grapes, to which smaller percentages of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier are added. The three typical varieties of the area are grown near Ay. The vineyards stand on particularly steep slopes, where the over fifty-year-old vines sink their roots into chalky soils rich in minerals. Once the manual harvest has been completed, the grapes arrive in the cellar for the alcoholic fermentation phase. As required by the Classic Method, the second fermentation in the bottle allows the wine to refine on the lees and in this case lasts for four years. Only a small addition of liquer d'expédition is expected at the disgorgement. The Cote Glaciere Champagne Brut Hommage William Deutz is perfect to be enjoyed immediately, as well as after a rest of about ten years.
