Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Court Nizza DOCG Riserva is a full-bodied and intense red wine, produced by the Michele Chiarlo company, one of the most interesting names in modern Piedmontese viticulture. This label is obtained from the vinification of only grapes of the native Barbera variety. The characteristics of the land on which the vineyards are located are unique. The main components of marl, clay and limestone are combined with percentages of sand and silt: these nutrients help to give the berries a very complex sensory profile. The work is rigorous between the rows facing south-west and cultivated with the Guyot method. After the meticulous harvest, the vinification begins with a 12-day fermentation in oak vats. The first refinement process, which lasts a year, involves the use of barriques, while the subsequent rest in glass continues after bottling for another year. The Court Nizza DOCG Riserva can also be enjoyed after 5 years of careful storage in the cellar.
