Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
La Croisette Champagne Brut Nature is produced by the Leclerc Briant maison through a careful selection of only Chardonnay grapes that come from the homonymous parcel. The cru extends for just over half a hectare in the municipality of Epernay, one of the most famous locations in the Vallée de la Marne. The decision to focus on this small plot of land allows us to enhance the particular characteristics of the terroir. The vines are grown organically until the rigorous manual harvest. Once in the cellar, the grapes are left to ferment in stainless steel tanks, where the must remains for the following 9 months. In line with the Champenoise Method style, the second fermentation in the bottle allows the wine to age on the lees. After 3 years, the moment of disgorgement arrives, at the end of which no Liquer d'Expedition is added. La Croisette Champagne Brut Nature is excellent right away, but boasts such a longevity that it can evolve another 2 or 3 years.
