Description

The Champagne Brut of the Laurent Perrier winery is obtained from a skilful composition of 50% Chardonnay grapes, 35% Pinot Noir grapes and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes. The tradition of this cellar is very ancient and boasts 2 centuries of history. Even today, for the production of its best wines, it seeks a skilful balance between winemaking tradition and modern technologies. The vineyards are located in the heart of the homonymous region where, thanks to the fertility of the soils and the good climatic conditions, grapes and therefore sparkling wines of excellent quality are produced. Each step of the production cycle is followed with care and attention. The vines are grown with maximum respect for the territory, while the vinification takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature to keep the freshness of the grapes unaltered. The subsequent second fermentation takes place, of course, with the Champenoise Method and with prolonged aging on yeasts. The Champagne that is obtained is characterized by elegance and freshness which makes it suitable to be consumed on any classy occasion.
