Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
La Luna ei Falò Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG is a wine produced at the Vite Colte winery. The company born about 40 years ago has distinguished itself over time thanks to its commitment and competence and is currently one of the most expressive realities in the Langhe area. The grapes come from the Barbera vineyards located on lands that have different characteristics and microclimates and it is precisely this difference that makes the blend of superior quality, thanks to the balance between aromas and structure. After the manual harvest, we proceed with the fermentation which takes place in stainless steel containers and with a 10-day maceration on the skins. Afterwards, malolactic fermentation takes place, followed by aging in oak barrels for 12 months. La Luna ei Falò Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG is an intense and full-bodied wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can rest in the cellar for over 5 years if correctly stored.
