Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description
La Luna ei Falò Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG is an important wine, produced by the Vite Colte di Barolo winery. The company is a cooperative born in the 80s which has an important role in the Italian and international wine market, a cellar also appreciated for the organic regime adopted. The grapes for this prestigious wine come from vineyards cultivated with Barbera, on soils geologically very suited to viticulture, typical of the Langhe area. The variegated origin of the bunches from the different Barbera crus, during the assembly phase, allows for an excellent balance between structure and aromas to be obtained. In the cellar, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers and macerates on the skins for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. It continues with the refinement lasting 12 months in oak barrels. La Luna ei Falò Barbera d'Asti DOCG is an intense and full-bodied wine that is well suited for immediate drinking, but which can also evolve in the cellar for 5 years or more.
