Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Toscana IGT is a wine that comes from the La Massa cellar in Panzano in Chianti. Located in the prestigious Chianti wine district, the company represents the union between the Tuscan tradition and that of Bordeaux. The grapes come from a blend of 60% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot and the remainder of Alicante and Cabernet Sauvignon. The plants are grown on soils rich in clay and limestone located at 360 meters above sea level and favored by the typical mild climate of the area. The training system adopted is spurred cordon. The manual harvest is carried out at different times, respecting the ripening of the varieties and only the best bunches are subjected to fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The refinement takes place in barriques for 2 years and, before being put on the market, it rests for a few months in the bottle. Toscana IGT is an intense and soft wine, ideal for immediate drinking, but it can evolve in the cellar for a few years.
