'La Regina' Nascetta Langhe DOC Braida 2021

Regina Nascetta Langhe DOC , a white wine produced by the Piedmontese winery Braida , represents a perfect expression of the authenticity of a native vine of the area. In fact, without the activity of production realities like this, varieties such as the Nascetta grape would risk being forgotten. This ancient vine, originally from the Langhe and Cuneo areas, has only been rediscovered in recent decades. The company made new plants in 1990 within the Serra dei Fiori estate. Tradition has it that, once the grapes have reached full maturity, they are harvested with the utmost care and then transported to the cellar. Here every process is aimed at preserving the varietal character of the grapes: this is why fermentation and aging take place exclusively in steel. The Regina Nascetta Langhe DOC is an elegant wine, which adapts perfectly to convivial occasions. Given the peculiarities of vinification, it is preferable to taste it shortly after bottling to savor all its freshness.
