'The Tradition' Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG Montalbera 2021

The Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato La Tradizione wine from the historic Piedmontese winery Montalbera is a red produced from the ruché grape variety, native to Monferrato Astigiano. After harvesting the grapes, the alcoholic fermentation process follows, followed by refinement. The latter takes place first in steel tanks and then in the bottle for a period of at least 90 days. Thanks to the various awards obtained, including the 2 glasses of the Gambero Rosso guide and the 3 bunches of the Bibenda guide, the Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato La Tradizione is a red with a marked persistence. This product is excellent to drink immediately, but can also develop well when left to rest in the cellar for 2 or 3 years. This label represents one of the tributes that the Montalbera winery, with a history spanning six generations and 175 hectares of land planted with vines, dedicates to the winemaking traditions of Monferrato: an elegant, soft red with perfect balance.
