Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured rosé wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Lacrimarosa Irpinia Rosato DOC is a perfumed wine produced by the Mastroberardino cellar in Campania. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Aglianico grapes, a native dark berry variety very common in the Irpinia area. The plots of Lapìo and Pietradefusi rise about 400 meters above sea level and boast clayey soils with a high percentage of skeleton. By virtue of these characteristics, the vines can grow luxuriantly. The harvest is expected towards mid-October with meticulous manual selection of the best bunches. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are left to macerate on the skins for a few hours before alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at low temperatures. After a short decantation inside the same containers, the wine ages in glass at least one month after the bottling phase. Lacrimarosa Irpinia Rosato DOC is thought to be appreciated when young in order to fully savor the fresh varietal notes."
