Lagrein Rosé Alto Adige DOC Hofstatter 2020

Lagrein Rosé Alto Adige DOC is a rosé wine produced by the Hofstatter winery, which has always been committed to faithfully describing the local vines. This is the case with this label, made by vinifying grapes of the indigenous Lagrein variety. The vineyards are located within the plots of Termeno and Ora. On the Dolomite soils rich in minerals, the vines find the perfect conditions for a luxuriant development up to the manual harvest. Once in the cellar, the selected bunches are meticulously destemmed. To obtain an intense pink colour, the grapes are left to macerate with a brief stop in contact with the skins. After the alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures, the refinement continues for 6 months in steel tanks. Lagrein Rosé Alto Adige DOC is a rosé wine which expresses itself at its best after bottling, even if it can be kept carefully in the cellar for up to 1 or 2 years.
