Lagrein Trentino DOC Endrizzi 2018

Lagrein Trentino DOC is an excellent red wine produced by the Endrizzi winery, an important winery that has always been dedicated to enhancing the best local vines. This is the case with this label, which is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Lagrein grapes, an autochthonous red berried variety, which is characterized by berries with an unmistakable color. The vines make the most of the dolomitic soil with high percentages of limestone. In line with the careful work carried out between the rows, the harvest phase involves a manual selection of the best bunches. When they arrive in the cellar, the grapes undergo a maceration process which lasts an average of one week. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for one year in large oak barrels. This choice allows you to preserve the typical varietal notes of the vine and add others, improving it. Lagrein Trentino DOC is excellent to be enjoyed shortly after bottling, but also after a period of rest for a few years.
