Langhe DOC Nebbiolo Rivetto 2020

Nebbiolo Langhe DOC is a wine that is produced at the Rivetto di Sinio winery. It is a very old company, whose philosophy is based on great respect for the land and its fruits. The grapes come from 97% Nebbiolo vines and the remaining part from Barbera, grown on soils of calcareous and clayey origin located 400 meters above sea level and facing West. The predominantly cool and sunny climate helps to give the product greater structure. After the manual harvest, the best bunches are selected and the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, followed by maceration on the skins for 15 days. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks for a few months, after which the bottling and placing on the market takes place. Nebbiolo Langhe DOC is an intense and enveloping wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but it can rest in the cellar for a few years.
