Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Chianti Classico DOCG is a wine that originates in the Le Cinciole cellar of Panzano in Chianti. Despite being a young reality, the company immediately distinguished itself for the production of great quality and personality. The grapes come from Sangiovese vines, grown on soils rich in clay and limestone facing South/East and South/West. The work in the vineyard and in the cellar takes place in an organic regime, therefore, the use of chemical fertilizers is prohibited. After the manual harvest and the selection of the best grapes, we proceed with the destemming and crushing. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in cement vats with indigenous yeasts, refinement takes place first in French oak barrels and subsequently in cement tanks for 24 months. The final stage consists in bottling and placing on the market. Chianti Classico DOCG is a full-bodied and intense wine, ideal for immediate drinking, but can rest in the cellar for about 5 years.
