'Le Frate' Nosiola Pravis 2021

Le Frate Nosiola Vigneti Delle Dolomiti IGT is a white wine made by the Pravis winery. It is obtained from the vinification of Nosiola grapes, a native white berried variety very common in the denomination. On the "frate", a term which identifies the typical local terraces, the vines enjoy particularly favorable conditions. The marls of calcareous origin and the south-west exposure allow the plant to produce bunches of excellent quality. Once they have reached maturity, the grapes are harvested by hand and taken to the cellar, where they are delicately pressed. Spontaneous fermentation follows in large stainless steel tanks, with temperature monitoring. For the refinement that does not exceed 4 months, the company confirms the choice of steel, a material that keeps the aromatic profile of the grapes intact. Le Frate Nosiola Vigneti Delle Dolomiti IGT is a ready-to-drink white wine to be enjoyed ideally shortly after bottling.
