Lehen Sauvignon Dolomiti Bianco IGT is a wine with complex and particular notes made with vines from the Maso Lehen area in Terlano. It is made with pure Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. The vines are grown on porphyry soils of volcanic origin at an altitude between 370 and 510 metres. This wine is offered by the Alois Lageder winery , an Italian company of ancient origins strongly focused on transferring the typical scents of the territory to the wine. It is a fresh product with the Dolomiti Bianco IGT denomination of pleasant intensity and balance. Lehen Sauvignon ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, after which it ages on the fine lees for a period of about nine months. The result is a ready-to-drink wine that gives great satisfaction to the palate, perfect to be enjoyed on special occasions.
