'Leone Blend' Terre Siciliane White IGT Tenuta Regaleali - Tasca d'Almerita 2022

The 'Leone d'Almerita' Tenuta Regaleali is a white wine from Sicily produced by the historic and noble Tasca d'Almerita cellar. It is obtained from a blend of Catarratto, which makes up 50%, while the remaining half is made up of Pinot Bianco (27%), Sauvignon (19%) and Gewürztraminer (4%). The 'Leone d'Almerita' Tenuta Regaleali is the result of a mix of native scents such as Catarratto, a vine representative of the Sicilian territory, and of three international vines, which support the structure and contribute to giving aromaticity. The result is obviously an aromatic, perfumed wine, thanks above all to the presence of Gewürztraminer, which allows the wine to explode both in the nose and in the mouth with irrepressible scents. In order for the wine to acquire even more complex flavours, it is aged for a period of four months directly on its lees in steel tanks. This wine is excellent to be enjoyed shortly after bottling, but can enjoy an interesting evolution.
