Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 2-3 years.

Description

The Coteaux-Bourguignons Pinot Noir AOC Les Pierres Dorées is a red wine signed by Louis Latour, a winery based in one of the best areas of Burgundy. Thanks to the location and the favorable climate, the vineyards can enjoy excellent exposure to the sun and at the same time temperatures that always remain cool. Furthermore, to give character to this monovarietal interpretation of Pinot Noir we certainly find the composition of the soil on which the vineyards are located, in which limestone plays a main role, supported by a notable presence of iron oxide. This wine is aged for a period of between ten and twelve months, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. The Coteaux-Bourguignons Pinot Noir AOC Les Pierres Dorées is intriguing if enjoyed as an aperitif, but is very well suited to continue the dinner. By virtue of its structure, it can boast an aging potential that easily reaches five years.
