'The Preuses' Chablis Grand Cru Domain Serving

Les Preuses Chablis Grand Cru is a fragrant and elegant white wine from the French winery Domaine Servin . It is obtained only from Chardonnay grapes, the international vine representative of this denomination. The Les Preuses vineyard, of which the company owns a small portion, enjoys extraordinary conditions for producing fine quality grapes. The vines are about sixty years old and are cultivated according to local tradition. At the end of the work in the vineyard, the manual harvest ensures the highest quality of the raw material. Once in the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and subjected to a first spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. For the one year refinement, a percentage equal to 10% of the wine is placed to rest in oak barrels, where it acquires complex and elegant nuances. Les Preuses Chablis Grand Cru is perfect to be enjoyed after bottling, even if it can evolve for 2-3 years in the cellar.
