'Levrriere' Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Grigio DOC Le Fracce 2021

Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Grigio DOC Levrriere from the prestigious Le Fracce farm is an exceptional white wine, a real Lombard pride, for an important label that attests to the territory's ability to give a personal touch and an accent of style to the vine Pinot Grigio, giving it a very delicate aromatic profile. A great white, made with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from vines planted in 1990, grown without the use of antibotrytics or synthetic products, as well as with minimal soil tillage. After a rigorously hand-picked harvest which includes a meticulous choice of bunches and the use of dry ice in order to protect the fruit from oxidation and create an increase in temperature, a soft pressing and fermentation in steel follow, after which the Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Grigio DOC Levriere is left on the lees for 40 days, then aged in steel for 4 months. The result is a particularly harmonious and intense wine, an elegant white which is characterized by its particular softness.
