The Langlois Chateau L'Extra par Langlois is a French sparkling wine with the denomination "Cremants de Loire". This means that it is made with scrupulous processing: manual harvesting, light pressing and a long aging on the lees. The result is an important, elegant, very versatile sparkling wine, ideal for ceremonies and aperitifs. The Langlois Chateau production house was founded in 1912 by Edouard Langlois and his wife. The Langlois Chateau L'Extra par Langlois comes from white Chenin and Chardonnay grapes grown on the land of Saint Hilaire Saint Florent near the castle, in Saumur. Vinification and aging with Classic Method or Champenoise. Only the best bunches are selected and placed in small boxes of 25 kg each. Matured on natural yeasts for at least 12 months in the tuff stone cellars of the maison. Light straw colour, an elegant nose of citrus and white fruit. Fresh, fruity easy to drink! Ideal for parties, weddings, cocktails, L'Extra par Langlois will always bring an original touch...
