'Lianti' Isola dei Nuraghi Rosso IGT Capichera 2018

The Isola dei Nuraghi Rosso IGT Liànti from the prestigious Gallura winery of Arzachena Capichera is the result of a blend composed of Carignano (95%) and Syrah (5%), produced from vineyards grown in the Olbia countryside and in that of Palau. An exceptional wine, which perfectly expresses the identity of a unique territory in the world, Gallura. Liànti in the Gallura native language means East, or rather the cardinal point where the sun rises, therefore life, the same point to which many ancient Nuragic monuments are addressed; among these the famous tomb of the giants of Coddu Ecchju, which has become the image and symbol of the labels of this winery. The Isola dei Nuraghi Rosso IGT Liànti is a terroir wine with medium-long aging potential. The result of a vinification in steel, this wine then follows an aging in barriques lasting 12 months, after which it is bottled. However, before being marketed, it is still aged for a few months in the bottle. The result is an elegant and well-balanced red, a high quality wine, which is characterized by its aroma and good structure.
