It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Pinot Noir Riserva Linticlarus is a red wine produced by the Tiefenbrunner winery, a historic winery whose roots lie in the history of Alto Adige itself. Made 100% with Pinot Noir grapes, this wine matures for 30 months before being launched on the market. In fact, it is vinified in steel and then aged in barriques for twelve months, in oak barrels for six months and in bottles for another twelve months. The result is a wine of excellent quality: tasty, fine, elegant and with an enveloping body. Characterized by a strong and well-integrated tannic texture in the sip, Pinot Noir Riserva Linticlarus from the Tiefenbrunner winery has received various awards and recognitions such as, for example, the 4 bunches of Bibenda, the recognition of James Suckling and Robert Parker. Full-bodied and persistent, this red can be tasted at least up to five years after the year of production.
