'Lintuito' Barbaresco DOCG Montalbera 2019

Lintuito Barbaresco DOCG is an intense and structured red wine, produced by the Langhe winery Montalbera . It is obtained from the exclusive vinification of Nebbiolo grapes, the local variety that best represents the Langhe area. The plots boast particularly suitable soils that allow the vines to produce grapes of extraordinary finesse. When they reach the ideal level of ripeness, the healthiest and ripest bunches are selected and harvested with great care, by hand. Upon arrival in the cellar, the grapes are left to ferment according to local tradition. For ageing, the company favors the use of French oak tonneaux, where the wine remains in contact with the lees. The process ends with a rest in glass after bottling, which allows the scents to stabilize before being marketed. Lintuito Barbaresco DOCG is a red that can pleasantly surprise you immediately, as well as following a further evolution of about ten years.
