Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Löwengang Chardonnay Dolomiti IGT is one of the flagship products of the Alois Lageder winery, a historic winery in South Tyrol. Obtained exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this elegant and refined white represents one of the most prestigious labels in the Lageder range. The grapes are grown in selected vineyards located on the Löwengang estate, located in Magrè. Here the perfect exposure and the soil rich in sand and limestone create the ideal conditions for the growth of the best grapes. The harvest takes place manually, in order to identify only the healthiest bunches, as well as those that have reached perfect ripeness. In the cellar, a spontaneous fermentation process begins inside French oak barriques, while the subsequent refinement phase lasts for about a year on the fine lees. Once bottled , Löwengang Chardonnay Dolomiti IGT is ready to be enjoyed on special occasions, but at the same time boasts excellent aging potential.
