Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

Longevity
This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Luigi Arnulfo Barolo DOCG is a full-bodied red wine, produced by the Costa di Bussia winery. The label dedicated to the company's founder is obtained from the single-variety vinification of grapes of the local Nebbiolo variety. On lands with a high percentage of marl, the vines find the ideal conditions to thrive. The microclimate and exposure help to create the optimal environment, preserved also thanks to the skilful work between the rows. During the manual harvest, the bunches left to overripe are selected for transport to the cellar. Here the grapes are subjected to a traditional vinification, which begins with the alcoholic fermentation inside wooden vats. The refinement involves a rest in large Slavonian oak barrels, where the wine remains for about three years. Perfect from the start, Luigi Arnulfo Barolo DOCG is a red capable of pleasantly surprising even after further evolution in the cellar over several years.
