Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

Luigi Coppo Classic Method Brut is a sparkling wine made by the Coppo winery, which is obtained from the exclusive sparkling of Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are grown on the vineyards owned by the company, in the best exposures, favoring the perfect ripening of the berries. The characteristics of the soil, with deposits of marine sedimentary origin, give the bunches unique scents. Once the harvest is complete, the vinification begins with a soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation in steel tanks equipped with temperature control devices. The refinement in the bottle, in contact with the lees, lasts for a period that varies between 18 and 30 months. The second fermentation takes place in strict compliance with the tradition of the Classic Method. The liqueur d'expedition added at the end of the process is a recipe skilfully perfected by the cellar. Luigi Coppo Classic Method Brut is ready to drink, even if it reserves pleasant surprises after further evolution in the cellar, even for 3-4 years.
