Letrari, a family that has roots in the very history of Trentino wine. Active as early as 1647 in Borghetto d'Avio, on the banks of the Adige. With Leonello Letrari immediately on the wine scene of good drinking. It is thanks to him that in the immediate post-war period the wines of the Dolomites acquired character and prestige beyond the regional borders. It was he who 'created' the first blends and in the 1960s he began to produce fine sparkling wines . To then found the current family company in 1976 - together with his wife Maria Vittoria.

Tradition and innovation are the company's creed, constantly applied with modern agronomic practices, with the work and dedication of the new generations. The same passion of Leonello today also animates the commitment of his daughter Lucia (winemaker like her father), who is entrusted with the major responsibilities of the company.

Shaped by the particular terroir and microclimate of Vallagarina - an environment characterized by the Adige and influenced by the Ora del Garda, which creates a special Mediterranean-type microclimate here - 23 different types of quality wine with strong varietal typicality are produced.

It is open to visitors all year round and offers tourists the opportunity to learn the " secrets of the art of sparkling wine " by retracing the stages of the transformation of grapes into wine. It can accommodate, upon reservation, guided group tours with the possibility of tasting, lunch and visits to the vineyards.
