The Delmas company is the first production company in Limoux, a town in Languedoc Roussillon, to obtain organic certification. It was the year 1986 when the company obtained the European Organic Certification. Founded in 1920, the Domaine Delmas company is located in an area of oceanic and Mediterranean confluence, which is why it enjoys excellent exposure to the sun and good rainfall throughout the year. The company, led by Bernard Delmas, his wife Marlène and his son Baptiste, is one of the most interesting companies in the area. Pioneer of organic viticulture , Bernard was an active part in the creation of the Organic Label for wines made in France. The Domaine Delmas vineyard lands are located in the Haute Vallée terroir, that is, in the heart of the enchanting village of Antugnac, in a geographical area that is the kingdom of the famous bubbles of Limoux Blanquette and Crémant. With the aim of maximizing the terroir, the work in the vineyard carried out by Delmas is entirely aimed at promoting the richness and biodiversity of the vineyard. Each step is thought out with extreme care, is precise and leaves nothing to chance even in the cellar. A great lover of bubbles, Bernard has transformed his passion into the production of authentic, elegant and perfectly balanced labels, which stand out for their particular flavour. The Delmas wine selection is varied and seductive, but above all it is able to cover all the courses of a meal, from aperitif to dessert.
