Region: Rioja (Spain)
Annual production: Avenue of Fuenmayor no 11 26350 Ash (La Rioja) SPAIN

Marques De Caceres is a Spanish winery founded in 1970 by Enrique Forner, following a historic alliance between a region (Cenicero, La Rioja Alta), an enterprising family dedicated to the wine trade for five generations, the best winemakers and vineyards in La Rioja is a Bordeaux concept that has revolutionized the production and business model with a single objective: quality to obtain the best wines, an obsession that continues to be the motto of Cristina Forner, the fourth generation of this family of winemakers. Historically, after wanderings in France, in 1970 Forner returned to Spain to continue his great dream and turned to his friend, Professor Emile Peynaud, a true revolutionary of viticulture and winemaking in Bordeaux in the 70s and 80s, to "endow" La Rioja with the same reformist spirit. A lot has happened since then and the company has since become a reference model in the region. To date, the winery produces red and white wines and a home-made excellence: Albarino, a native grape with great potential, which has now become somewhat of a symbol of the winery.
