Rinaldini

The Rinaldini winery is located in Emilia Romagna, in the flat municipality of Sant'Ilario d'Enza, located at the foot of the lush hills that connect Parma and Reggio Emilia. Here, since the 1960s, the Rinaldini family has been producing quality wines with full respect for nature. Love for the land and for wine, curiosity and willpower have allowed the owners of the winery to give new life to ancient lands, left in poor condition and in a state of abandonment. Condemned to extinction, the vines in the hands of the Rinaldini have found salvation and new vigor and are today capable of producing glasses of extraordinary goodness. The vineyards today extend over 15 hectares of land: the terroir is rich, embellished with a thousand nuances offered by the mixed composition of the land, in which gravelly and alluvial elements are mixed. The climate of Emilia, mitigated by the currents of the Adriatic Sea, is of strategic importance for the birth of those precious nectars that have made Emilian wines famous throughout the world. With modern machinery and agricultural techniques that limit the impact on the environment, the Rinaldinis lovingly cultivate 60,000 strains of selected grapes, among which the Lambrusco qualities stand out in the renowned Grapparossa, Salamino, Pjcol Rosso and Maestri variations. A strong point of the production is also represented by the cellar: the wines rest today in the ancient stable, next to the areas dedicated to winemaking and bottling. The area dedicated to aging is well looked after, where oak and acacia barriques are also stored, intended for the refinement of the most precious wines. The symbol of the family's production is Lambrusco: an oenological icon of the Emilian lands, in the Rinaldini bottles it takes on a perfect balance and a great ability to reflect the aromas and flavors of the territory. Proposed in the classic red versions and also in the rosé and sparkling variants, it is accompanied by other precious bottles, such as the white IGT M'Oro and the sweet passito Lieto Evento.
